The development and modernisation of public infrastructure is a challenge faced by many local authorities in Romania. We make their work easier, helping them to make the desired changes with non-reimbursable funds and being close to them during project implementation.

- preparation of feasibility studies in accordance with HG907;
- writing all the necessary documents for the funding application in accordance with the requirements of the call for projects, including the economic and financial forecasts - risk analysis, financial analysis and, last but not least, financial indicators;
- consultancy in the actual writing of the project (grant application and related annexes) and its online submission;
- assistance during the assessment as well as during the on-site visits;
- expert advice on public procurement procedures for projects receiving non-reimbursable funds;
- advice and assistance during the implementation of the investment project, in terms of its management, from financial and technical reports to payment requests and other additional documents.

We are constantly aware of opportunities to obtain existing grant funding. In this way, we provide our collaborators with specialist consultancy services for attracting this type of funding for the architectural design of buildings proposed for development or rehabilitation.

- preparing the business plan and market research, conducting feasibility studies and developing the marketing strategy;
- consultancy in the actual writing of the project (grant application and related annexes) and its online submission;
- assistance during the assessment as well as during the on-site visits;
- drawing up the necessary documents to apply for the co-financing loan;
- advice on project management alongside the grant contract - this includes payment and reimbursement requests, the procurement process and other specific documents.
